A: Any type of Arabica blend can be used. You just need to make sure the blend is ground very fine (finer than espresso). The koffee grinds need to be dense. The best roasts to use are light or medium roast.
Yes, but only before the Kahve is boiled. Once the Kahve is prepared you should not add cream or sugar. The Kahve at this point should not be stirred, as you can stir up the koffee grinds.
Q: Do I have to use a filter?
No. Kahve is different in that the koffee is unfiltered when prepared.
Q: Do I have to use a copper pot?
No. You can use anything that can conduct heat evenly.
Q: Can I use other brew methods?
Yes, the TEE KOFFEE Kahve Blend can be prepared and enjoyed using various methods of koffee preparation. (i.e. Italian Press, French Press, etc)
