Recipe Guide

The Classic

Made with water only. This recipe is for koffee aficionados who enjoy a dark roast and acidic flavors. This recipe is the traditional method of Kahve preparation.    

  • Add two tablespoons of the Kahve Blend into the copper pot
  • Add sugar to taste (1 tablespoon recommended) 
  • Add 6 oz. of cold water (can use the demitasse cups to measure out the water) 
  • Stir the Kahve, sugar and water in the pot 
  • Place on medium heat and bring to a boil (be careful to not let the Kahve overflow)
  • Remove from heat, pour and  enjoy! 

The Half/Half

Made with water and milk. This recipe is the most popular and most common way of drinking Kahve. It has a great balance of flavor and tastes wonderful.  

  • Add two tablespoons of the Kahve Blend into the copper pot
  • Add sugar to taste (1 tablespoon recommended) 
  • Add 3 oz. of cold water and 3 oz. of milk (can substitute almond/soy milk)  
  • Stir the Kahve, sugar, water and milk in the pot 
  • Place on medium heat and bring to a boil (be careful to not let the Kahve overflow)
  • Remove from heat,  pour and  enjoy! 

The Rich

Made with milk only. This recipe is very rich. 

  

  • Add two tablespoons of the Kahve Blend into the copper pot
  • Add sugar to taste (1 tablespoon recommended) 
  • Add 6 oz. of milk (can substitute almond/soy milk)  
  • Stir the Kahve, sugar  and milk in the pot 
  • Place on medium heat and bring to a boil (be careful to not the let Kahve overflow)
  • Remove from heat, pour and  enjoy! 

Iced Cream Kahve

  • Prepare 3 oz. Kahve using the Classic Recipe from above
  • Filter the Kahve using coffee filters
  • Pour over ice, add milk and enjoy!
